Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Trainee Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. This is a full-time on-site position in Athurugiriya. You’ll gain hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework, while learning directly from experienced developers.
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build mobile applications from concept to launch using Flutter
- Debug, test, and optimize app performance
- Collaborate with senior developers to design user-friendly features

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (mandatory)
- 📱 Some experience with Flutter development frameworks
- 💻 Exposure to Back-End Web Development using Spring Boot (a plus)
- 🧩 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 🤝 Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- 📍 Ability to work on-site in Athurugiriya
