What You’ll Do:

Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives

Oversee employee relations and performance management

Implement HR strategies, policies, and compliance standards

Foster engagement and professional growth across teams

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in HRM / Business Administration (Master’s preferred)

5+ years of HR leadership experience

Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge of HRIS and labour law practices
