Requirements:
- NCT/HNDE (Civil) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years proven experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods & materials
- Structural knowledge essential
- Proficient in CAD
- Ability to manage laborers & machinery efficiently
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have a motorbike & valid driving license
