Your primary objective is to identify, negotiate, and secure new business projects. This is a pure commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for a professional who has an established network and the “hunter” mentality required to close deals.
Key Responsibilities👉
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients who require ZenAegis’s specialized services.
• Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and pitch to contract negotiation and final handover.
• Network Utilization: Leverage your existing professional network to open doors and create high-value opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Act as the initial point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our project delivery team.
Requirements:-
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Existing network within [Industry, e.g., Tech/Real Estate/Design] is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission structure with high rewards per project.
