North Sails Sri Lanka is currently looking for a Senior Executive – EHS for our facility in Biyagama.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage fire safety systems and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective risk mitigation measures. Carry out internal safety audits and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure compliance with EHS policies, legal requirements, and company standards. Promote and maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Support safety training, awareness programs, and incident investigations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve EHS performance. #ProfileandQualifications

BSc in Engineering, Facility Management, or Physical Science. NIOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred). Preferably 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity at a manufacturing company. Strong understanding of occupational health and safety practices. Ability to identify hazards and drive continuous safety improvements. Good communication and coordination skills.
