Associate Business Analyst

Cybergate Services is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Unified Communications (UC) team.

This role combines business analysis, customer engagement, and product adoption, providing exposure to real-world telecom solutions and enterprise customer management.

Key Responsibilities:-

– Engage with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

– Translate requirements and coordinate with the technical/configuration team for implementation

– Work closely with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and close gaps

– Arrange and participate in customer meetings, discussions, and follow-ups

– Support solution delivery to ensure requirements are met accurately

– Build and maintain strong customer relationships

– Monitor customer usage and adoption of UC solutions

– Identify non-usage or low-usage customers, analyze reasons, and drive adoption

– Handle customer concerns, feedback, and service improvement areas

– Prepare usage reports and insights for internal and customer reviews

– Identify opportunities for enhancements, upselling, and feature adoption

Candidate Profile

– Degree or equivalent qualification in IT / Engineering / Business IT with Mathematical background.

– 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, customer support, or telecom-related roles

– Strong analytical thinking and requirement-gathering capability

– Good understanding of technology

-driven products and customer workflows

– Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills

– Ability to bridge technical teams and business/customer expectations

– Exposure to telecom / VoIP / PBX environments is an added advantage
