Group Financial Controller

We are recruiting for Group Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance 

• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and working capital optimisation 

• Drive tax planning and ensure full regulatory compliance 

• Support investments, and capital allocation decisions 

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis 

• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial discipline 

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators 

• Drive finance transformation, systems, and reporting improvements 

• Provide leadership to the finance and procurement teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka or equivalent) 

• 10+ years’ experience, including senior leadership exposure 

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, treasury, and tax 

• Experience in multi-entity or group environments 

• Commercial mindset with strong business partnering capability

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes
