โ–ถ๏ธ Lead business development and market penetration strategies within the assigned sector
โ–ถ๏ธ Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value business opportunities
Provide technical advisory and solution-based selling tailored to client requirements
โ–ถ๏ธ Prepare and manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations
Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
โ–ถ๏ธ Consistently deliver on revenue targets and business objectives

โ—พ๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€

โœ…Minimum 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience in technical sales within heavy equipment / commercial vehicles / industrial solutions
โœ… Prior exposure to reputed industry leaders will be a distinct advantage
โœ… Strong technical competency in: Prime movers and commercial transport systems, Port, harbour, and material handling equipment
โœ… Demonstrated success in B2B sales, key account management, and business acquisition
โœ… Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
โœ… Highly results-oriented with a strong drive for performance and growth
โœ… Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Candidates with prior sales and service experience on MTU / CAT / MAN / Cummins engines are preferred.
