✨About the Role:-
We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Intern IT Support to assist with daily IT operations,
hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, system maintenance, and technical support processes.

✨Responsibilities:-
● Provide first-level technical support to staff and users.
● Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
● Help install and configure computers, operating systems, and applications.
● Support email setup and user account management.
● Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
● Monitor and maintain office systems and devices.
● Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff.
● Ensure systems are updated and functioning properly.

✨Required Skills & Qualifications:-
● Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
● Understanding of Windows operating systems.
● Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP concepts).
● Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
● Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to learn and adapt.

✨Preferred Skills (Optional):-
● Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
● Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and printers.
● Exposure to remote support tools.
● Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
● Understanding of basic server concepts.
