About the role:-
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team and contribute to the development,
customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo development, a strong understanding of ERP concepts, and the ability to deliver
scalable business solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:-
Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules.
Support ERP implementation and maintenance tasks.
Work with Python and PostgreSQL for backend development.
Create and modify XML views, reports, and workflows in Odoo.
Debug and resolve application issues under supervision.
Participate in testing and documentation activities.
Collaborate with senior developers and project teams.
Learn business workflows related to ERP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Proven hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP architecture, modules, and business workflows. Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
Good understanding of XML, QWeb, Views, Actions, and Odoo ORM.
Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of ERP concepts and business process automation.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and external systems.
Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):-
Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.
Knowledge of Odoo Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, or Manufacturing modules.
Experience deploying and maintaining Odoo on Linux servers.
Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
