Role Description

The Engineer – Swimming Pool Department will support the design, installation, construction, and maintenance of residential and commercial swimming pool systems. Responsibilities include preparing technical designs, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and safety standards, and providing technical support to ensure successful project completion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental, or a related field).
Knowledge of swimming pool construction, filtration systems, circulation systems, and water treatment processes.
Ability to assist in the design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of swimming pool systems.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Good project coordination and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Prior experience in swimming pool construction or related engineering projects is an added advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering design software is beneficial.
