**PRIME VENTURES LANKA CAPITAL PLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Colombo Corporate Head Office.

Position:Chief Operating Officer – COO
Location: Colombo – Head Office

**Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day company operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies
• Manage branch operations and future expansion
• Drive business and performance targets
• Coordinate Credit, Investment, Recovery and Operations teams
• Develop operational policies and procedures
• Monitor staff performance and productivity
• Ensure strong internal controls and customer service
• Report operational performance to the CEO and Board

**Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field
• 7+ years of relevant management experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience in financial services / microfinance / leasing will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and team-management skills
• Ability to build and lead a growing organization
