**PRIME VENTURES LANKA CAPITAL PLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Colombo Corporate Head Office.
Position:Chief Operating Officer – COO
Location: Colombo – Head Office
**Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day company operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Manage branch operations and future expansion
- Drive business and performance targets
- Coordinate Credit, Investment, Recovery and Operations teams
- Develop operational policies and procedures
- Monitor staff performance and productivity
- Ensure strong internal controls and customer service
- Report operational performance to the CEO and Board
**Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field
- 7+ years of relevant management experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in financial services / microfinance / leasing will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and team-management skills
- Ability to build and lead a growing organization
