Job Overview:-
We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative flair, exceptional technical skills, and a proven track record in designing high-quality, user-friendly websites for the international market.
This role demands a keen eye for detail, an understanding of the latest web design trends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:–
Design visually appealing and intuitive websites that meet international quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to deliver cohesive web solutions.
Ensure website designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve web designs.Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:–
Bachelor’s degree/accepted qualification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional web design experience, preferably with a portfolio showcasing international projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other relevant tools.Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:-
Experience working in a BPO or similar fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how design impacts performance.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
