Villa Manager – Luxury Boutique Villa in Hikkaduwa
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Villa Manager to join our team at a luxury boutique villa in Hikkaduwa. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a luxury environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the villa
- Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Manage the Property Management System (PMS) and ensure all bookings, check-ins/outs, and payments are accurately recorded
- Maintain the villa’s facilities and ensure everything is in top condition
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in villa or hotel management, ideally in a boutique or luxury setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems (e.g., eZee, Opera, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of the local area is an added advantage
