HeyDay Tours is a growing startup and leading tourism agency with a branch in Sri Lanka and headquartered in Dubai. We offer a comprehensive range of tourism services, including inbound and outbound tours, visa assistance, and travel insurance.

Our mission is two fold: to attract tourists to explore the beautiful island of Sri Lanka and to ensure that travelers can reach their dream destinations around the world with ease and comfort. We are active on social media platforms and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients as we expand our footprint in the industry.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-

• Manage and coordinate inbound tour operations in Sri Lanka.

• Develop and maintain relationships with international travel agents and clients.

• Plan, organize, and manage personalized tour packages, ensuring all aspects of the travel experience meet client expectations

.• Collaborate with suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and tour guides, to ensure smooth tour operations.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed itineraries, pricing, and travel information.

• Handle all administrative duties related to inbound tours, including bookings, reservations, and confirmations.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:-

• 5 years + experience in inbound tour executive/handling or relevant position

• Previous experience in a similar role in the tourism industry.

• Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourism attractions, hotels, and travel logistics

.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Proficient in using travel management software and MS Office applications.
