Best of Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established Tour Operator and Destination Management Company in Sri Lanka, duly licensed by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA), is expanding its network of passionate and knowledgeable Naturalists / Wildlife Guides.

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and professional Naturalists / Wildlife Guides who have a genuine passion for Sri Lanka’s wildlife, nature, birdlife, and conservation, to work with us on exciting wildlife experiences and round-trip journeys across the island.

We are particularly seeking guides based in or around:
📍 Yala
📍 Udawalawe
📍 Wilpattu
📍 Kumana
📍 Wasgamuwa
📍 Colombo – for island-wide round trips

The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of Sri Lankan wildlife, birds, flora, fauna, national parks, ecosystems, and local natural heritage, together with excellent communication and guest-handling skills. A friendly personality, professional appearance, reliability, responsible wildlife practices, and the ability to create memorable experiences for international travelers are highly valued.
