To keep up with our growth plans, we are seeking suitable candidates to join our expanding operations to fill the following positions based in our Head office in Colombo.

We are looking for team players who meet the following requirements with a can-do attitude:

**Accountant**- Able to take control of finance functions, including implementing internal controls, cost management, reporting, and liaising with external auditors.

– Minimum of two (02) years of experience and a thorough understanding of Management Accounting, Statutory Financial Reporting, Working Capital Management, and Treasury functions.

– Energetic and able to lead the finance team.- Able to comply with regulatory reporting requirements.

– Mercantile working experience- Professional body membership or passed finalist awaiting membership from a recognized professional accounting body such as CIMA, CFA, ACCA, ICASL.

– Prior experience in a leading audit firm is an added advantage.

– Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good computer lotsracy skills

**Assistant Accountant**- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.- Minimum one (01) year of experience in accounting, preferably in the finance sector.

– Manage accounts payable and receivable.

– Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.

– Assist with internal and external audits.

– Manage daily routine accounting tasks.

– Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

– Part qualification of CA, CIMA, or ACCA.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

– Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Desirable:**

– Experience in a stock broker firm/finance sector is advantageous.

– Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
