IMMEDIATE VACANCIES – HR Executive (Female)
Job duties:-
• Experience in the areas of recruitment, Attendance Management, letter drafting, payment handling.
• Maintaining HR related document and processes.
• Liaising with labor department.
• Experience in data analyzing and performance management.
Qualifications and requirements:-
• Diploma/Higher diploma in HR/Management.
• Excellent knowledge of Labor Law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication in English and Sinhala.
• Resides close to Wattala City.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR.
• Ability to join immediately will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the MS Office package is a must.
Excel is an added advantage.
