We’re hiring: AI Business Analyst – Intern / Graduate (Sri Lanka)
At Coderra, we’re building a production-grade, multi-agent AI platform designed to automate real enterprise workflows.
We’re looking for someone who can bridge business and product — not just analyse, but shape what we build. This is not a traditional BA role.
You’ll work closely across business, commercial, and engineering teams to define product direction, identify opportunities, and translate market signals into real features.
What you’ll work on:
– Market and competitor analysis across AI, SaaS, and agentic platforms
– Identifying product gaps and defining feature opportunities
– Supporting product roadmap decisions with structured analysis
– Writing product requirement docs (PRDs), user stories, and specs
– Creating wireframes / basic UI-UX flows to communicate ideas clearly
– Working closely with engineers to ensure the correct execution of product intent
We’re looking for someone who:
– Has strong communication skills in English (written + verbal)
– Thinks analytically and can break down complex systems
– Understands AI fundamentals (LLMs, agents, automation — at least conceptually)
– Is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
– Has exposure to tools like Figma, Notion, or similar (not mandatory, but useful)
– Is proactive and takes ownership — not waiting for instructions
