🧠 Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated and curious AI Engineering Trainee to support our AI engineering team

. If you’re passionate about Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems — and want to grow your skills while working on real-world applications — this opportunity is for you.

No prior industry experience is required — just a strong foundation, a willingness to learn fast, and a drive to build.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

🔸 Assist in building and testing AI-powered applications like chatbots and intelligent search tools

🔸 Support LLM integration workflows and inference pipeline experimentation

🔸 Learn and apply RAG techniques for document and knowledge retrieval

🔸 Help with dataset preparation, prompt design, and embedding generation

🔸 Collaborate with senior engineers on backend tasks using Python or Node.js

🔸 Experiment with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face

🔸 Contribute to documentation and team discussions

🔸 Get mentored on clean code practices, version control, and AI deployment basics

📘 You Should Have :-

🔹 Basic understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases

🔹 Some experience or coursework in RAG systems, NLP, or AI/ML

🔹 Familiarity with Node.js or python

🔹 Enthusiasm for AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)

🔹 Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on development environment

🔹 Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team

🔹 A background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or Data Science (academic or self-taught)

🔹Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates

🔹Fast Learner, highly curious, and eager to take initiative and grow into a leadership role

🔹Background in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related fields is a plus

🎓 Bonus (Not Mandatory):

✅ Side projects or GitHub repos related to AI or RAG

✅ Basic knowledge of REST APIs and asynchronous workflows

✅ Exposure to tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, or vector search libraries
