Position 01 : Assistant Engineer Electrical
Location: Ekala, Ja-ela
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Engineer – Electrical to join our team at our cement manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in planning, designing, and maintaining Plant electrical systems and equipment.
● Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
● Coordinate with the maintenance team to optimize operational efficiency.
● Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
● Prepare technical reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
● Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications in the relevant field.
● 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (fresh Diploma
Holders with a good academic background could be considered for Trainee Assistant
Engineer-Electrical and are also encouraged to apply).
● Knowledge of LV, MV, ELV systems, Instrumentation, Control systems and programming
Siemens/ABB PLCs is an added advantage.
● Strong team management and communication skills.
● Ability to work on a shift basis in a fast-paced environment.

Position 02 : Electrical Technician
Location: Kerawalapitiya
We are looking for a qualified Electrical Technician to join our team.
Requirements:
● NVQ Level 4/5, NCT or 3 years Full time Certificate Course in Electrical Engineering.
● 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
● Knowledge on Three-phase electrical systems (400 V/415 V), Motors and motor control
circuits, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), PLCs (Siemens, ABB, etc.), Instrumentation
and sensors, Electrical drawings and schematics, Preventive and predictive maintenance
and Electrical safety procedures.
● Willingness to work on a shift basis.
