Position : Assistant Facility Manager
Location: Nugegoda, Colombo District

Job Profile:-
· Manage day-to-day management of facility operations across retail outlets.
· Oversee the maintenance of all facilities, including HVAC (AC), escalators, ELV (Electrical Low Voltage) systems, lifts, and other equipment.
· Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
· Monitor facilities’ performance metrics and address any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
· Oversee contracts with service providers, including HVAC, escalators, janitorial services, and security.
· Support in managing facility-related budgets and expenditure.
· Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
· Assist in managing contracts, utility bills, and facility-related documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in facility operations, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
