Key Responsibilities.
Support the Operations Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operations.
Supervise maintenance and operational teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility inspections.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Manage equipment and asset maintenance programs.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support commodity business operations.
Lead assigned operational projects, including purchasing, inventory coordination, execution, and quality control.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in Facility, Warehouse, or Building Operations & Maintenance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
