Associate Project Manager

Hey future Project Managers! JOB OVERVIEW As an Associate Project Manager, you will manage the day-to-day execution of projects while working closely with design, development, QA, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Maintain documentation: timelines, release notes, risk logs, requirement sheets.
• Ensure communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Identify risks early and prepare mitigation plans.
• Support requirement gathering and convert ideas into actionable tasks.
• Assist in effort estimation and project forecasting.
• Prepare status reports and client updates.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:-
• 1–3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
GOOD TO HAVE:-
• Exposure to Business Analysis.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, frontend/backend basics.
