Haritha Consultants (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic BIM Manager to lead our BIM team and drive digital construction excellence across local and international projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in the built environment.
🔹 Position: BIM Manager
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3+ years in BIM
🔹 Location: Sri Lanka
🔹 Software Knowledge: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
What we’re looking for:
✅ 3+ years of experience in BIM, with leadership or coordination experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
✅ Understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes
✅ Experience in managing BIM teams and multidisciplinary projects
✅ Good knowledge of MEP / construction coordination
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Key responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows
✅ Create and manage BEP, MIDP, EIR, and project BIM execution plans
✅ Lead, mentor, and coordinate BIM team members
✅ Ensure model quality, coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution
✅ Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams
✅ Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and deadlines
✅ Drive BIM innovation and continuous improvement
