💼 Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Branch business operations including but not limited to branch discipline and administration.
- Align branch activities with the company’s growth strategy and meet or exceed profit goals.
- Maintain above-average customer service at the branch level and address customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Developing and motivating branch employees for superior performance.
- Communicating with Head Office and Senior Management on all branch activities and providing timely and accurate management information (reports).
Job requirement
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a financial institution
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Proven track record of good performance
