Business Analyst

We are a global technology consultancy, having presence in Australia, Singapore, the Middle East and Sri Lanka. Our strong clientele spans across eleven countries covering multiple business sectors.

At POTENZ we sell business outcomes, and we have an opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about building relationships and solving problems to join our Sri Lanka Office.

Key Responsibilities
🔺Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, documenting and communicating findings

🔺Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

🔺Conduct meetings and do presentations to share ideas, insights and plans and effectively communicate them to cross-functional teams

🔺Work closely with tech-leads and engineering staff to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements for the clients

🔺Perform user acceptance testing/ business testing where needed and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders

Candidate Prerequisites
🔺Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems or equivalent Qualifications

🔺Minimum 01 year of work experience in Trainee Business Analysis

🔺Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills with required technical skills

🔺Excellent documentation and presentation skills with competency in MS Office applications
