Job Overview:-
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Cum Secretary to join our Marine & Boat parts sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business growth initiatives while handling administrative and secretarial duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in sales coordination and follow-ups
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Support management in achieving business goals
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or secretarial roles
Advanced Certification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
Age between 35-45 years
Language โ Fluency in English and ability to speak in Tamil is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
