📍 Sri Lanka | Part-time | 4 hrs/day, 4 days/week
Lyra Labs is looking for a part-time Business Development Assistant to help us find and connect with potential customers for our product.
If you’re comfortable talking to people, curious about sales, and want real hands-on experience in business development – this is a great place to start.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
- Find businesses that could be interested in our product
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Explain the product and its value to potential customers
- Follow up with interested leads
- Help schedule meetings and product demos
- Maintain customer contact records
- Share customer feedback with our team
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email/LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated – able to work independently
- Curious about sales, startups, or tech products
- Prior sales/outreach experience is a plus, not a requirement
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Base allowance + performance-based incentives, tied to:
- Number of customers contacted
- Meetings arranged
- Successful conversions
