Language Fluency – English Spoken and Written is required, Sinhala Spoken is required

Requirements

–Passed the G. C. E. O/L examination-Age between 18 to 35 years-

Well-disciplined and responsible-Good Communication skills in Sinhala and English-Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Provide excellent customer service and assistance
