Over the next two years, you will work directly with me ( Kandeeban) across multiple ventures, projects, and initiatives spanning education, creativity, technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact.

Whether you are a graduate, university student, school leaver (after A/Ls), or a young professional, this opportunity is for those who are hungry to learn, grow, lead, and make a difference.

In addition to your salary, you will receive a LKR. 500,000 Learning Scholarship to invest in your personal and professional development.

You will gain hands-on exposure to real leadership, strategy, marketing, innovation, operations, business development, and entrepreneurship while working across our ventures and community impact initiatives.

I believe the future of our nation and our world will be shaped by young people who dare to dream bigger, learn faster, and lead with purpose.

These five superstars will work directly with me over the next two years across multiple ventures, projects, and initiatives.

They won’t be sitting on the sidelines watching – they will be in the room, at the table, and in the action, learning through real-world experiences, challenges, opportunities, successes, and failures.

Together, we will build businesses, create opportunities, solve meaningful problems, and work towards making our communities, our country, and our world a better place for generations to come.
