Chartered Engineer – MEP Building Services

Requirements:

B.Sc. Engineering Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Building Services Engineering with at least two years’ hands-on experience in two of the following subspecialities (each) ;
o Electrical systems (Medium voltage)
o Plumbing systems
o Fire detection and protection
o HVAC systems
Experience in MEP project management
Experience in multi-storied building projects is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage MEP building services works.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Lead and supervise project staff related to building services works
