The Role:
As the Senior Architect, you will be the creative and technical anchor of our high-profile projects. You will translate ambitious visions into structural realities, leading a multidisciplinary design team from concept through to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
🩷 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects, designers, and technicians (minimum 5+ years of direct team leadership).
🩷 Oversee the architectural design process for large-scale developments, ensuring aesthetic excellence, functionality, and structural integrity.
🩷 Ensure full compliance with international and local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
🩷 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors regarding design changes and project progression.
Qualifications & Experience:
👁️🗨️ Professional Status: Full Chartered Qualification from a recognized professional body.
👁️🗨️ Total Experience: A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and project delivery.
👁️🗨️ Leadership: At least 5 years of experience in team handling and managerial roles.
👁️🗨️ Major Advantage: A proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise building projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
