Synergy Pharmaceuticals Corporation Private Limited is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation.

About the Role :-

The CEO will define and drive the company’s strategic direction, ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

This leader will oversee cross-functional teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and position Synergy as a competitive force within the pharmaceutical industry.

This role requires a decisive, commercially astute executive with deep industry experience and the ability to scale operations while maintaining regulatory and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead the overall corporate strategy, vision, and long-term growth roadmap

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation

• Drive operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness

• Identify and execute revenue growth, market expansion, and innovation strategies

• Strengthen relationships with regulators, partners, investors, and key stakeholders

• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and governance standards

• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing leadership teams Qualifications & Experience

• Proven executive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)

• Strong expertise in finance, business planning, and strategic management

• Demonstrated success in operations leadership and scaling organizations

• Track record in sales growth and business development (CMO experience highly desirable)

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
