Key Responsibilities: –

• Introduce your own existing client portfolio to AIB

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance sales managers and our agents

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

Candidate Profile: –

• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a managerial role

• Excellent relationship with all Life & Non-Life Insurance Companies

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets

• Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or insurance (preferred)
