As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with the creative team, and delivering projects on set deadlines.

• Client communication & requirement gathering

• Relationship management

• Project coordination

• Setting & meeting deadlines

• Client Feedback & Reporting

• Upselling and cross-selling

• Contract and billing management

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Knowledge in social media platforms & trends

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Past Experience in client servicing or customer support is a plus
