Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide excellent customer service to in-store and online customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally through various channels including phone, email, and social media.

• Assist in the daily operations of the store, including greeting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records.

• Collaborate with assigned sales representatives to provide tailored support, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, striving to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Person Specification:-

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
