Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students and provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities.
• Handle inbound inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the company’s services to communicate effectively.
• Update and manage client information in the system.
• Support the counseling and admissions team with follow-ups and client coordination.
• Maintain professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Female candidates aged between 19 and 29 years.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
• Pleasant personality with a professional approach to customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
