We’re Hiring: Associates for Center of Excellence in Advanced Analytics – Data Science / Data Engineering / MLE / AI / BI

Location: Onsite (Sri Lanka)
Role: Associate – Data Science / Data Engineering / Machine Learning / AI / BI

Data Engineering

After the rotation, you can choose your long-term specialization based on your passion and strengths.

What You Will Do

Work with real enterprise-grade datasets.
Build data pipelines, ETL workflows & analytics models.
Support ML model development & deployment.
Develop internal tools/APIs .
Work in Agile cross-functional squads.
Work with LLMs and agentic workflows.

Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s in CS, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
Strong interest in Data, ML, Engineering, AI, Analytics, Mathematics
Fresh Graduate (Degree must be completed at the time of application)

Preferred Skills (Nice to have)

Strong basics in Python, SQL, Bash, and OOP concepts.
Ability to create reports using Power BI.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools like Airflow and Spark.
Understanding of basic machine learning and statistics.
Knowledge of Git and general DevOps workflows.
Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
