The Department of Science and Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Uva Wellassa University invites applications for the positions of Temporary Demonstrators in the following subject areas:

🔹 Chemistry
🔹 Physics
🔹 Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

For Chemistry/Physics:
Applicants should possess either:

▪️ A B.Sc. (Hons) Degree with a Class in Chemistry/Physics as a major/subject from a recognized university in Sri Lanka;

OR

▪️ A B.Sc. (Hons) Degree without a Class/General Degree with or without a Class in Biological or Physical Sciences, with Chemistry/Physics as a subject from a recognized university in Sri Lanka, and a Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

For Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering:

▪️ A B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Mechatronics/B.Sc. Eng. Degree with a Class from a recognized university in Sri Lanka.
