Kan Kalu 2025 Volunteer & Project Staff Recruitment

We’re recruiting passionate and energetic people to join the Kan Kalu 2025 team Sri Lanka’s biggest open-air music experience by Outright Play. You can apply as a Volunteer or Project Staff Member.

Volunteers do not get paid but gain hands-on experience and event access.

Project Staff are paid roles that require full-time commitment (9 AM-5 PM, weekdays) for 60 days.

Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to join the Outright Play team full-time after the event.
