Requirements:
Strong experience in paid media, lead generation, email marketing, and client communication
Proven ability to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads campaigns
Experience with SEO, CRM systems (HubSpot/Pipedrive), and lead nurturing automations
Strong understanding of social media planning, content calendars, and campaign execution
Must be highly proficient in using Al tools like Claude and OpenAl for productivity, strategy, and workflow automation
Ability to coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams to execute high-performing campaigns
Strong client communication and account management skills with a results-driven mindset
This role requires someone who can combine strategy, execution, and communication to drive measurable campaign performance across multiple channels.
