We are looking for an experienced 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿 to contribute to international BIM projects in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗥

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

Create, develop, and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project standards and BIM requirements.
Produce coordinated electrical layouts, schedules, and model-based documentation for project delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support model coordination, clash detection, and design integration activities.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, electrical systems design, and BIM coordination processes.
Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments will be considered an advantage.
