We Are Hiring – Executive Customer Experience /Relationship Management

Sports Events Organizer and the proud organizer of IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels
Resolve issues and provide solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships
Work with partners to deliver exceptional experiences
What You Need
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Preferably from the travel & tourism or banking sector
Frontline customer service experience
Exposure to international clients is an advantage
Trained in customer service and relationship
management
Strong interpersonal skills
Background in sports is an advantage
