We Are Hiring: Executive – Finance & Commercial
📍 Location: Sri Lanka (Remote) |
🕒 Full-Time Join SandS Australia, a global business consulting and finance advisory organization, supporting high-standard clients across Australia, the US, UK, Middle East & more.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:-
• Manage AR/AP, payroll, and reporting
• Deliver financial statements and insights
• Client and internal stakeholder liaison
• Ensure compliance and accuracy
• Month-end/year-end support
• Develop financial processes
• Excel in a remote work environment
🔹 Qualifications
• Partly/fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA
• Minimum 4+ years of finance/commercial experience
• High accuracy, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Experience in remote or international client settings
🔹 Core Competencies
AR/AP & Payroll – 4+ years, proven accuracy under deadlines
Final Accounts – 1+ year, incl. P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
Client Reporting – 1+ year presenting to senior management
Global Clients – Experience with AU/UK/US/Canada clients Communication & Integrity – Strong accountability and initiative
🔹 Salary LKR 60,000 – 150,000 (net/month) Top offers for candidates scoring 95%+ in assessments. Payments can be made in AUD equivalent.
🔹 Assessment Process
3 structured assessments determine final selection & salary:
Technical & Accuracy – Excel, new tasks, detail orientation
Communication & Relationships – Written, emotional intelligence
Attitude & Professionalism – Openness to feedback, growth mindset, expectation handling
