KLN Logistics Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive – Legal with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of logistics and warehousing operations.

What we’re looking for:-

• 2–3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related commercial environment

• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law, regulatory compliance, and insurance-related processes

• Practical understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and freight management will be a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and provide clear, practical legal guidance in a fast-paced business setting

Key Responsibilities :-

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to logistics, transport, and warehousing

• Advise management on legal compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation

• Support dispute resolution, claims handling, and negotiations with vendors, customers, and partners

• Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure business operations align with legal and compliance standards

• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and official correspondence
