Ceylon Agro Food Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (CAFT) is seeking energetic, target-driven, and performance-oriented individuals to join our agricultural operations team as Field Officers. This role is focused on achieving operational targets, supporting farmer engagement, and contributing to the growth of CAFT’s drone-based agricultural services across Sri Lanka.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned regional operational and farmer engagement targets

• Support drone-based agricultural operations including spraying and monitoring

• Conduct field inspections, crop analysis, and reporting activities

• Coordinate with farmers and plantation customers to expand operations

• Maintain operational discipline and field-level service quality

• Assist in achieving seasonal operational objectives during Maha and Yala seasons
