Job Purpose:
To drive financial performance by transforming operational and commercial data into forward-looking insights, financial forecasts, and decision recommendations that support revenue growth, margin optimization, cost efficiency, and capital allocation across the business units.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Performance Management & Financial Steering
**Analyze monthly financial results across revenue, gross margin, overheads, and working capital.
**Conduct root-cause variance analysis (price / volume / mix / yield / absorption / FX).
(2) Forecasting & Planning
**Own monthly rolling forecast process.
**Develop and maintain driver-based planning models.
**Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust assumptions proactively.
(3) Commercial & Operational Business Partnering
** Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
** Evaluate pricing strategies, product mix, promotions, and cost initiatives.
(4) Pricing & Profitability Optimization
** Develop product and customer-level contribution margin analysis.
** Support pricing committee with margin impact simulations.
(5) Data, Reporting & Analytics Automation
** Ensure data integrity and alignment between ERP and reporting systems.
** Enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
** Partner with IT/BI to improve data structure and analytics capability
Qualifications & Experience:
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized university.
*ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA / CPA or equivalent qualification.
*Minimum three to five (3 to 5) years’ experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance in FMCG / Manufacturing sector.
*Advance expertise in ERP preferably in Oracle.
*Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
*Advance expertise in MS applications.
