We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Backend-Focused) with strong expertise in backend engineering, system architecture, and scalable application development.
The primary emphasis is on designing and building robust backend systems, APIs, database architectures, and seamless integrations that power modern SaaS applications.
You will also contribute to frontend development and work closely with product and design teams to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
A good understanding of Generative AI and AI-powered application development will be a strong advantage as you will have opportunities to work with AI-driven products and integrations.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 & 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
Design clean service-layer architectures and maintain well-structured backend codebases.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing queries, data models, and overall system performance.
Write secure, testable, maintainable, and well-documented backend code.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 & 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Build and contribute to responsive, modern, and high-performance user interfaces.
Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into complete product features.
Ensure seamless end-to-end functionality across frontend, backend, and third-party integrations.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐈 & 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong backend experience with Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI or Django).
Experience designing and developing scalable APIs and backend services.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with database design, query optimization, and backend performance improvement.
Experience with React.js/Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
Good knowledge of Generative AI concepts, AI APIs, and AI-powered application development.
Proficiency in Git workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
Understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and scalable system design.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork mindset.
